Work Hub, workspace software

Building the brand and launch materials for a serviced office platform

Brand, messaging and website for a serviced office management platform, plus pilot onboarding at AW House and a customer testimonial film to support sales conversations.

AW House talking about using Work Hub

The challenge

Work Hub brings serviced office building management into one place. Its pilot at AW House was an opportunity to introduce the platform in a working office environment. Alongside that rollout, Work Hub needed a recognisable identity and a clear explanation of the product that prospective operators could understand.

Gardyn’s role

Brand identity, logo and colour palette, messaging, website design and development, customer onboarding, content production, testimonial filming and editing, and sales content.

Why this approach

Establish the identity first, carry it into the website, support the AW House pilot in person, then film the customer telling the story in their own words so the product is explained through a real operator.

What changed

Work Hub gained a defined identity, a website, completed pilot onboarding at AW House and a testimonial film grounded in customer experience. Together these give the platform the materials to explain its offer consistently and introduce its work to other serviced office businesses.

The work
