Managing the marketing and customer journey for a boutique EMS gym

Website, booking system transition, content, selected Meta campaigns and the journey from first enquiry to client, so the gym has one team coordinating its marketing.

InnPulse: work by Gardyn Digital

The challenge

InnPulse is a boutique gym specialising in electrical muscle stimulation, with an offer aimed at busy working people. Its marketing needed to explain the service clearly, introduce the experience and help interested people take the next step. Planning shoots, producing content, managing campaigns and coordinating the booking journey all competed with the day-to-day demands of the gym.

Gardyn’s role

Website design and development, booking system transition, customer journey support, content strategy and calendars, filming, testimonial production, social content management, Meta advertising and print support.

Why this approach

Keep the website and campaign activity connected to what happens after an enquiry, and handle planning and production together so the gym has one point of coordination rather than organising each piece of content itself.

What changed

InnPulse has a website, a new booking system and ongoing marketing support that covers both content production and the customer journey. Its team has one point of coordination for the work, with much of the planning and delivery taken off its day-to-day workload.
